RAINY DAY AT HOME WOD

10 push ups
20 tricep dips (use a chair or coffee table)
30 squats
40 lunges
50 sit ups
60 second wall sit

GYM:
A. 5×5 Bent Rows (add weight every round)

B. For Time:
40 Reverse Lunges
40 DB Snatches
200m Farmer Carry
40 DB Push-Presses
40 Windmills

4 rounds max effort:
1 minute High Knees
1 minute Thrusters (Use 2 water bottles/books/dumbbells if you have them)
1 minute Down Ups (Burpee, but only to plank position at the bottom and no jump at the top)
1 minute Mountain Climbers or Double Unders
1 minute rest

3 rounds:
1 minute plank
30 sec side plank
30 sec other side plank
20 each side Russian twist (weighted, if possible)
