   Workout done! 7:15. Measures out 15ft and 20 ft. Rolled my ankle yesterday so the sprints were slow and the pistols were not happening. So I then them to a box(ottoman).

   Back feeling better, but still needed to baby it a bit. Lots of stretching breaks between work/meetings. Did yesterday’s wod and subbed 1min planks instead of the sit-ups. Also did Day 4 of the Calm app 7-day anxiety series!
