Free Trial Class!

Intrigued by CrossFit but hesitant to try? Join us for a free give-CrossFit-a-try class–available on select Saturdays at 10 am (look for it on the schedule here). This fun, informative session consists of instruction on movement safety followed by an exciting bodyweight workout. No experience required!

The LCF On-Ramp Program – Required for New Members

Our 3-session on-ramp program for new members without prior CrossFit experience gets you familiar with the fundamental movements of CrossFit before you join regular classes, and allows our coaches to assess your flexibility, mobility, endurance, stamina, and strength so that we can best help you meet your fitness and health goals. The on-ramp program is $150 individual/$250 couple.

At the conclusion of your on-ramp program, you and your coach will discuss the progress you’ve made and the avenues we offer to best fit your goals. And if you’re ready for regular classes, you’ll enjoy free unlimited membership for the rest of that month!

Drop-Ins

We welcome drop-ins in all our classes and open gym for experienced visiting CrossFitters. Your first time is free; subsequent visits $25/each (contact us for longer-term options). Please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to sign the waiver; or, visit our schedule, choose the class you’d like to attend, and create a profile in which you can sign the waiver online (please bring a printed copy if possible). If you are brand new to CrossFit, please contact us about on-ramp options.

Personal Training

Personal training will be geared completely to your goals, in a one-on-one environment with your coach.
