Partner WOD: 14 Rounds for time:
P1: Completes Round: 4 DB Ground to Overhead (45/35) + 6 KB Swings (53/35) + 8 Box Jumps + 10 Air Squats – Partners Run 100m Together with wallball.
P2: Holds a wall ball (however they want, just can’t touch the ground or rest on top of the head)
