Partner Barbell Complex:
P1 – Completes 1 Round of: 5 sets of Complex (Complex = 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Push press) (95/65)
P2 – Works at AMRAP (AMRAP = (10/10 Lunges, 10 Toes to bar, 10 Push-ups)
Rules:
-Pick one weight to use for all complexes (partner can add/subtract weight on their turn – use same bar)
-When 5 sets of complex is done, partners switch.
-Each partner takes turns to complete 3 rounds of complex sets. WOD is done when P2 finishes last Round of Complexes.
-Score is: Time + Rounds/Reps of AMRAP
