Buy In: 3-min AMRAP: Burpees (break up however you want – one person works at a time)
Into: 10 minute AMRAP of: 10 pull-ups, 10 toes-to-bar, 10 overhead squats
Rules:
Partner A completes a 500m row.
Meanwhile, Partner B completes as many rounds as possible of 10 pull-ups, 10 toes-to-bar, 10 overhead Squats.
When Partner A finishes the row they tag Partner B and switch places.
