Partner WOD: 12-min AMRAP

Partner 1 works on AMRAP, Partner 2 completes 200m run – Switch when partner completes run and pick up AMRAP where other partner left off.
6 Push-ups
16 (8 each side) Plank Shoulder Taps
10 (5 each side) Curtsy Lunges
12 Abmat Sit-ups

Then: With partner complete 6000 meters with running, rowing and/or biking – however you want (each partner should complete about half the meters).
