A. 5×2: Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat – (Novice: empty BB, advanced: for weight)

B. Rotating Between GHD/Landmines/OH Lunges, complete 5 Rounds of 10 Reps Each

Tuesday – 5/25/21

A. Find Heavy 3RM Back Squat
Then: 2 drop sets of 8 reps @ 65% max for the day

B. 7 minute AMRAP of:
3 Power Snatch (55/75)
30 Double Unders
100m Sprint

Monday – 5/24/21

20 KB Swings (35/53)
10 Push-ups
20 Box Jumps
10 Pull-ups
