As a team complete:
80 DB Push Press
80 Alt DB Snatch
80 DB Squats
80 Butterfly Sit-ups
80 Box Jumps
80 Alt DB Hang Cleans
Rules: One partner will be running the 200m while the other partner is working at chipper movements switching every 200m. The movements are collective for the team and all 80 of each movement must be completed to move onto the next.
