Oh! And I did a fun shoulder warm up at the beginning:
Pike handstand hold off a box, and then walk hands all the way around the box one direction. Small rest and then did the same in the other direction.

Then 25 power snatch with 35# bar (I was trying to do Randy but ran out of gas)

I got up early and got the newbie workout in before church. Felt good!
And I found a good running loop,,, not 400, but long enough for me.
