Did today’s WOD, time : way longer than it should have 😊
Forgot to post yesterday, but did the wod with a twist: I started with by running 3 minutes out and 3 1/2 minutes back (it’s mostly uphill going back!) and then did 3 rounds of 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 push ups and 10 dips off of a box. 17:15
Did newbie x3. No idea how long it took.
