Warm-up:
PVC Pass-throughs, Big Leg Kicks (Front, Back, Side)
10 Baby makers squat
10 Squat reach, each side
10 Wide arm swing/hugs
10 Supine push-ups
10 Dead bugs
WOD:
Partner chipper for time of (if no partner, half the reps):
30 Renegade Rows
50 Ground to Overhead (alternating hands)
50 Sit-ups
100 One-armed KB/DB Swings
** complete 5 burpees every 2 minutes
Lunch Booty Sesh:
3 Rounds as fast as possible:
10 Alternating Backwards Lunges
20 Step-ups
30 Air Squats
WOD = 10:46, BOOTY = 6:29
WOD – no partner, was around 11 minutes….but somehow my mind blocked out the burpee part. Haha….sorry. Loved the booty burn!
I even did the dumbbell ground to overhead with a 25 lb!

Hah! I forgot the burpees too! I didn’t have a partner so did the whole thing. Did about half of the booty workout before I had to get on a call. IDK how long it took. Maybe 20 min. Used 25# plate for ground to overhead.

Didn’t have a chance to do the booty sesh at lunchtime, so had to do it after the wod – it was kind of a gasser! Or maybe that’s just because I did it after the other stuff??? Either way, they both felt good and it was fun that Jeff joined me for the partner wod – we ended up having to do 4 sets of burpees….
