So I am doing these workouts but not doing a good job recording results. Did last wed, thurs, fri, Saturday and today. I like the warm up info. Thank you!! (Anni- I don’t need points!)

A & B – did my best with my 25# DBs.
C – 7:50 with 35# swings and 25# DB deadlifts. Had to slow those down a bit to make sure my hips were square.
