Warm-up:
PVC Pass-throughs, big leg kicks (front, back, side)
Then: 6 rounds of 30 sec hold, 30 sec rest, alternating Handstand, Bottom of Squat

WOD:
For Time: 21-15-9 of Ground to Overhead (alternating arms) and Back Squat (weight behind the neck) (complete with one weight)
