Warm-up:
PVC Pass-throughs, Big leg kicks (front, back, side)
Then: 3×20 sec couch stretch hold each leg
Then: 3x Wall Walks or box handstand hold
Then: 6 rounds as fast as possible 3 star jumps, 3 air squats
WOD:
3×3 Strict Press
Then: 3×4 Push Press
10 (5/5) Turkish Get-ups
Then: “Annie” 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of double-unders (jumping jacks) and sit-ups
I loved all of this today! Had to modify the sit ups after the first round thanks to my growing belly, so i did crunches and leg lifts for the remainder of Annie. Time 10:14 (slowest I’ve ever done that WOD, because apparently my body forgot how to jump rope).
Extra credit – wishing I was at the beach in Maui eating a fish sandwich and cheese pizza (yes, both) 😂 from Monkey Pod. (Missed then live by 20 minutes – forgot to set alarm and was making my kids pancakes at 9:00). Watched it on Facebook.

So….. aside from the LCF Zoom Trivia night which was a total blast (everyone should join in the fun every Thursday at 7pm), my day was a total shitshow. No wod, no hike, no nothing. 4 points (live, blog).
