WOD:
Death by Thrusters (Min 1 = 1 Thruster, Min 2 = 2 Thrusters etc.)
Then: Death by Plank Up/Downs (Min 1 = 1 up/down)
Death by anything is rough. Lol.
Made it into the 18th round of thrusters. 25lb DB.
Finished the 12th round of plank ups. Shoulder started bugging me so I gave it a rest.

Got super annoyed and irritated by the thruster “death by” that I didn’t do the plank up/downs. 16+16 with 10# dbs, which was too light at the beginning, then my knee started bugging me around round 4. Then it started feeling better. Then I didn’t make the time cap for the 17th round. Then I was pissed and went for a long walk with the kids. End of story. 7 points? 6.5 points since I didn’t finish the wod? 6 points? Whatever!
