Lost track of my rounds – my guess would be around 10 rounds… I subbed ball slams for the v-ups and did the pike modification for the hspus – I swear the modification is harder than doing regular hspus at the gym!! Both Kyle and Ella worked out with me today, so that was fun. I loved being able to workout outside today! 7 points for me!

Almost forgot the recipe for extra credit. What we cook at home for comfort food is a Brazilian style french toast called Rabanada, pronaunced Habanada. We usually have them in rainy days with coffee.
You use Baggetts cut into about 1inch thickness.
Do as you would with a French toast egg mixture + brewed coffee or condense milk..
Fry both sides.
Make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Once ready, coat the bred with the sugar and cinnamon.
Do NOT use maple syrup!!!
