Good WOD! Too cold to look up windmill, so substituted KB swings instead. Still, a goodie!

Double 25# DB front squats. 7:30 with 18# weighted step ups, 25# DB snatch and 18# windmills. I was glad it was a wod I could do inside since it was raining hard this afternoon/evening when I had time. Rounded out the day with some Just Dance with Ella!
