Death by Burpees
Min 1 = 1 Burpee
Min 2 = 2 Burpees
Min 3 = 3 Burpees
Etc. until you can not perform the number of burpees equal to the minute you are in.

Rest 5-10 minutes

Then: Set your timer for 12 rounds of tabata (20 sec of work, 10 sec of rest) perform each, one after the other, 3 times

1. Plank Knee to Elbow
2. Laying leg raise
3. Hollow hold with crunch
