Death by Burpees
Min 1 = 1 Burpee
Min 2 = 2 Burpees
Min 3 = 3 Burpees
Etc. until you can not perform the number of burpees equal to the minute you are in.
Rest 5-10 minutes
Then: Set your timer for 12 rounds of tabata (20 sec of work, 10 sec of rest) perform each, one after the other, 3 times
1. Plank Knee to Elbow
2. Laying leg raise
3. Hollow hold with crunch

I planted some tomato plants (which involved deadlifting and moving big, heavy pots, etc.) and put up a hummingbird feeder though!
Did the Tabata, a long run/walk and some squats with my DIY squat rack. : ) No burpees today.
