Workout 1: 3:43 with chair dips and a 25lb dB
Workout 2: 4:24 with 25lb dB. By the way the windmills were hard and my butt cramped. Y’all needed to know that. Lol

Loved the wods today! They were a nice break from cardio.
Time for 2nd wod: 4:30 with 18#kb for windmills and 25#db for the bridges. Made sure to hold the top of the bridges.
Also played some soccer with the family and did 40 yards of lunges at the high school.
And, I did Day 6 of the 7-day anxiety series that I’ve been doing on the Calm app.
