What does “Perform 1 round every 3 min” mean? If you don’t finish the set within 3 min, you start back at the top?

Round 4-5 we’re too closed together. Finished Round 5 at 12 seconds pass the time.
Used my 4 year old for object carry.
Used her play barbell for OH squats.
Workout completed! Don’t know what my times per round were tho. Used a 25lb DB in the backpack. I even measured out 100m in my apartment. Lol

[Em not Anni] Sit-ups got progressively slower each round 😂 Carried 25# DB. Used 10# bar for OHS.
Completed each round in under 2 min. Weight: a bossy 35lb toddler who quit on me half way through (switched to 26lb KB), and a broom for OHS!
Did it! Carried two 25# plates. PVC for OH squats.
Just wanted to mention I got the smartwod ap (it’s free) that has an easy-to-use timer that works well for tabatas and amraps (like todays). Im sure there are other aps that work good too. I also bought a small dry erase board at cvs that helps to keep track of the workout movements so i don’t have to 😊. Since schools are now closed until the end of april at least this might be a long haul! Thanks for posting the wods!!
Good WOD! It was ice cold and sprinkling at 6am when I worked out so I subbed the carries for 30lb DB snatches.

My back was spasming after too much sitting doing zoom meetings at my kitchen table all day. No wod for me after all. Went on a super long walk instead and did a lot of stretching. Calm app is up next for me! Fingers crossed I get to wod tomorrow!
