12:00rx – My calves found this one to be a bit taxing (probably in addition to the long walk/hikes I’ve been doing), counting so high so many times was hard, I really wish that I had thought of adding weight/scaling the reps before I did the wod, but with all that said and done, it was pretty good!
Also, I added a Core Series mini-wod: 10 hollow holds, 10 v-ups, 10 leg lifts, 10 toe touches and 10 russian twists (unweighted), rest 1 minute repeat 3-5 rounds. My form broke down on my 4th round, so I stopped there!
