b. With partner: move immediately to the next circuit
– 2 rounds each: 200m run (each partner will superman hold while waiting for the other to return)
– 2 rounds each: 100 double unders (each partner will do 1-2 rope climbs while partner works)
– 2 rounds each: 250m row (each partner will hollow hold while other partner works)
