a. AMRAP in 12 minutes:
– 12 box jumps (24,20)
– 25 sit-ups
– 50 lunge steps
– 25 hang power cleans (95,65)
– 12 toes to bar

b. Core circuit – 3-5 rounds:
– 15 weighted side bends each side (choose weight)
– 20 superman reps
– 25 crunches
