Snatch test 3 min – AMRAP hand switches
Then

– 5 kb sumo deadlift high pull
– 5 squat thrust
– 10 swings
– 5 burpee no pushup
– 5 L/R swings
– 5 burpee w/ pushups
– 10 H2H swings
– 5 burpee w/2 pushups
