a. 5 sumo deadlift E2MOM for 8 minutes

b. 5 horizontal ring row E2MOM for 8 minutes (weighted if possible)

c. AMRAP in 10 minutes
– 5 back squats (155,105)
– 8 pull ups
– sprint to ‘no parking’ and back
