So many awesome handstands!

This Saturday (4/7) we will have a free “Try CrossFit” class at 10am–tell your friends! (Oly class will also be held as usual at that time.)

a. Clean and jerk technique / Heavy single

b. 4 rounds: 90 seconds rest after each round
– 15 wall balls (20,14)
– 10 pull ups
– 400m run
