Introducing our LCF Youth class!
This fitness program is designed for teens and tweens between the ages of 10-14. Our program combines body-weight exercises, gymnastic movements and introduces weightlifting skills. Kids of all athletic abilities will benefit from LCF Youth, from the seasoned athlete to the kid who needs to get off the couch and get moving. Teens and tweens who participate in LCF Youth will gain self-confidence, coordination, strength, power, and speed. Each session will include a proper and appropriate warm-up, movement instruction, a workout, games and/or relays – a well-designed blend of fitness and fun to keep our participants entertained and engaged. Parents do not need to be LCF members.
