– 400m run, 40 ball toss sit ups (toss back and forth to each other, 20,14)
– 500m row, 40 DB/KB deadlift (50,35)
– 400m run, 40 box jumps
*each person does half
b. AMRAP in 3 minutes
– Weighted plank
