35 on/10 off, 3 rds of each pair:
– Reverse goblet lunge/ Sprint in place
– KB alt press/split shuffle
– Ring rows or pullups/burpee
– KB goblet squat/band pull apart

9am WOD
a. Five 3-minute rounds:
– 15 Russian KB swings (53/35)
– 10 box jumps
– Max calorie row for the rest of the time
* 3 minute rest between rounds
b. AMRAP in 3 minutes:
– Handstand hold
