a. AMRAP in 20 minutes with partner (each person does half)
– 10 wall walks
– 50 knees to elbows
– 100 american KB swings (53,35)
– 50 box jumps
– 10 pistols each (10 each person, 5 each leg, hold 25,15 lbs if possible
b. Weighted planks with partner – each does 3 sets of 1 minute hold
