– push up then broad jump
– kb swing then burpee
– run in place then wall sit
– plank hold then baby crawl

9am WOD
a. 1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean x 5 sets
b. AMRAP in 10 minutes
– 400m run/row
– 10 deadlift (135,95)
– 8 burpees
