A. With partner: 4 rounds each (20 minute cap)

– 10 Burpee box jump

B. Individual: AMRAP in 8 minutes
– 5 Pull ups (rx+ strict)
– 15 air squat (rx+ goblet)
– 5 hand release push ups (rx+ deficit push ups)
