A. Snatch grip deadlift, 4-5 sets of 8
B. 5 x 3 minute intervals (45s rest between rounds)
– 10 burpees
– 10 slam ball / 10 alternating DB snatch
– 200m run
– jack knives for remainder of 3 minutes
