On minute 7 begin “Randy” (with 10 minute cut off)

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of the following cycle:

first minute: 10 toes to bar

second minute: 50 double unders

third minutes: 1 rope climb

(continue the cycle for 12 minutes)
