10 split squats (Rear leg on a box, health per leg)
10 one arm dumbbell sit-ups (Each arm)
B: 4 rounds for time of:
10 kettle bell snatches (53/35) (5 each side)
10 box jumps
10 goblet squats
1 minute rest between rounds
