Warm-up: As Many Rounds As Possible in 5 minutes of:
1 Turkish Get-up + windmill (use a light kettle bell or dumbbell)
A: Every 3 minutes on the minute for 15 minutes complete
10 seated dumbbell presses
B: 3 rounds for time of:
250 meter row
20 box jumps (24/20)
10 pull-ups
100 meter sprint
1 minute rest
