10 dislocations

A: Every 2 minutes on the minute for 12 minutes

power clean + front squat + split jerk

B: 5 rounds of:

1 minute of wall balls (30/20 to the 10 foot mark) Rules: If the ball is dropped or you pause you will perform burpees to a 6′ target for the remainder of the minute.

1 minute rest
