A: Every 3 minutes on the minute for 15 minutes of:
back squats 6-6-6-6-6
B: 2 rounds of:
200 meter run, 2 rope climbs, 15 pull-ups, max reps thrusters (115/75), 3 minute time cap
rest 2 minutes between rounds
I’m not sure I like those 115lb thrusters Coach 😳
