Free Trial Class!

Intrigued by CrossFit but hesitant to try? Join us for a free give-CrossFit-a-try class–available on select Saturdays at 10 am (look for it on the schedule here). This fun, informative session consists of instruction on movement safety followed by an exciting bodyweight workout. No experience required!

The LCF On-Ramp Program

Our on-ramp program takes you through the fundamental movements of CrossFit. These classes will give you a basic knowledge of the foundational movements used in many of the everyday workouts. More importantly, these classes allow our coaches to assess your flexibility, mobility, endurance, stamina, and strength so that we can best help you meet your fitness and health goals.

As a new member of our community, you’ll be assigned a coach with whom you’ll follow your on-ramp through its entirety. Each meeting for your on-ramp will consist of discussion, learning, and repeating movements and range of motion patterns—and of course, a workout. These meetings will have a plethora of information on equipment, movements, and fitness in general. Please feel free to contact your coach with questions and/or bring them with you on your next visit.

At the conclusion of your on-ramp program, you and your coach will discuss the progress you’ve made and the avenues we offer to best fit your goals.

Personal Training

Personal training will be geared completely to your goals, in a one-on-one environment with your coach.
